However, we sometimes have trouble making that a reality as we scurry to get gifts, bake cookies, uphold traditions, decorate, wrap, etc., etc. All is not lost.You can find that joy and fun. Take 60- 90 minutes to exhale and discuss ways to make the holidays less stressful for you and others.
