    Like it or not, it’s still not just what you know it’s who you know and what they think about you. Get practical tips on building and maintaining effective relationships.

  • Reward and Recognition

    Don’t leave your best employees in the dark about how much you appreciate them!  Learn creative ways to reward and recognize individuals and teams for their contributions. Participants are encouraged to share ideas and success stories.  This learning experience is great as a lunch and learn or as part of a talent assessment.

  • Diversity and Inclusion

    Focus is on building awareness and appreciation of diversity and the accompanying business implications.  Can either deliver client's established program or participate in the design/delivery of new program.

  • Providing Feedback and Coaching for Leaders of Others

    Begins with understanding the performance management process.  Continues with discussion about effectively moving through each step to ultimately have the best possible team helping you to achieve your business objectives.  Participants have the opportunity to submit questions or concerns ahead of time that 3C will address during the workshop.

  • Adjusting to Parenthood: Why Can't I Get To Do's Done?

    As thrilled as you can be about the arrival of your bundle of joy, you can also be overwhelmed by what isn’t getting done now that you’ve become a parent.  Learn from someone who’s been there and get some practical tips to regain your footing in life.

  • Handling Holiday Hoopla

    Most people feel that the holiday season is supposed to be fun and joyous. However, we sometimes have trouble making that a reality as we scurry to get gifts, bake cookies, uphold traditions, decorate, wrap, etc., etc.  All is not lost.You can find that joy and fun. Take 60- 90 minutes to exhale and discuss ways to make the holidays less stressful for you and others.

  • Work/Life Integration – Not a Fantasy

    No, achieving some balance is not a fantasy. It can happen. Are you willing to do what it takes? Learn from those who have overcome the struggle. This interactive workshop is 1½ to 2 hours long.  One-on-one coaching is also available.


  • Creating Connections with Remote/Hybrid Team

    In this age of remote and hybrid work environments, it can be challenging to establish and maintain connections. We offer ideas for you to overcome these challenges.

Sample Engagements

Routinely conducts new hire and exit interviews to provide client with positive and developmental feedback on its work practices and environment.

Served as HR generalist for an HR Director on sabbatical. Engagement included employee communications, staffing, assisting leaders with performance issues and promotions, and creating action plans as a result of employee engagement survey data. Completed similar engagements for departments while recruiting to fill open positions.

  • Case studies give potential customers a real-life example that they can identify with. Choose a customer with a great story: maybe someone who increased profits or reduced churn thanks to your company. Conduct an interview with that customer to hear what they have to say. 


  • Served as HR generalist for an HR Director on sabbatical. Engagement included employee communications, staffing, assisting leaders with performance issues and promotions, and creating action plans as a result of employee engagement survey data. Completed similar engagements for departments while recruiting to fill open positions.


  • Provided support to client reducing its workforce. Services included messaging to employees being laid off as well as those being retained and performing adverse impact analysis.


  • Conducted series of workshops to help laid off employees find their next jobs. These workshops covered written communications; panel, phone, and face-to-face interviewing; and job search strategies.


  • Acted as on-demand HR executive-level resource for two small employers.
