Cynthia Cobb, SPHR, has over fifteen years of human resources experience as a generalist and staffing specialist. As President and Principal of 3C – Cynthia Cobb Consulting, LLC, she has added value to her clients in such areas as:

Cynthia is also a managing partner of Monument Consulting Group, LLC and an affiliate of Executive Coaching Connections, LLC. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and Engineering Management from Purdue University and a MBA with a concentration in Personnel Management from Indiana University.

She is a past Board Secretary and President of the YWCA Lake County and still volunteers with the organization, serving on committees as needed. She has also served as Secretary and President for the Women’s Business Exchange.

As a Lifetime Member of Girl Scouts, Cynthia has been a troop leader since 1998 and volunteers additional time as a member of the VISTA 13 steering team. At the church she attends, she participates in the Job Connections, First Glimpses, and Community Service ministries.

Cynthia currently serves on the Board of Directors for Center for Companies That Care, a national not-for-profit focused on social responsibility, engaging employers to invest in the well-being of their employees, their employees’ families, and their communities.
