  • Dress for Success Workshop

Many companies have business casual dress policies for their employees. However, those same employees sometimes struggle with making good work attire choices. This 1 hour seminar looks at your dress policy, business casual in general, and why dressing for success is important.
 

  • Enhancing Presentation Skills

This interactive course is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to further polish their presentation skills. Learning will occur through a variety of methods: instruction, activities, and practice. Topics covered include: Types of Presentations and Their Uses, Assessing Your Audience, Planning Your Presentation, Writing Your Presentation, Delivering Your Presentation, and Handling Questions/Objections. If desired, participants can plan and begin writing a presentation that they anticipate giving in a real setting within the next 4-6 weeks.

  • Leading Others

Examines what the responsibility of leading another person is all about and gets participants started on the path to becoming an effective leader of others. Target audience is first-time supervisors or individuals who are considering a supervisory role.

  • Managing Performance

Begins with understanding the performance management process. Continues with discussion as how to effectively move through each step to ultimately have the best possible team helping you to achieve your business objectives.

  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

Either conducted in groups or one-on-one, these are facilitated sessions to introduce the instrument and its history, review results, and/or create action plans.

  • Multi-source Feedback

Either conducted in groups or one-on-one, these are facilitated sessions to introduce your organization’s multi-source feedback process, interpret results, and/or create action plans.

  • Reward and Recognition

Don’t leave your best employees in the dark! Learn creative ways to reward and recognize individuals and teams for their contributions. Participants are encouraged to share ideas and success stories

No, achieving balance is not a fantasy. It can happen. Are you willing to do what it takes? Explore the possibilities with a facilitator who is consistently viewed as one who has balance and has helped others find it. This interactive workshop is 1 ½ to 2 hours long.
