attire choices. This 1 hour seminar looks at your dress policy, business
casual in general, and why dressing for success is important.
This interactive course is designed to provide participants with the
opportunity to further polish their presentation skills. Learning will
occur through a variety of methods: instruction, activities, and practice.
Topics covered include: Types of Presentations and Their Uses, Assessing
Your Audience, Planning Your Presentation, Writing Your Presentation,
Delivering Your Presentation, and Handling Questions/Objections. If
desired, participants can plan and begin writing a presentation that they
anticipate giving in a real setting within the next 4-6 weeks.
Examines what the responsibility of leading another person is all about
and gets participants started on the path to becoming an effective leader
of others. Target audience is first-time supervisors or individuals who
are considering a supervisory role.
Begins with understanding the performance management process. Continues
with discussion as how to effectively move through each step to ultimately
have the best possible team helping you to achieve your business
objectives.
